I’m Elizabeth! I am an empowerment coach and visionary guide.

My mission in life is plugging people back into their power via backpack awareness and emotional responsibility.

Besides shifting realities and holding space for epic transformation, I love all things mystical, laughing, playing in the quantum, savoring life, exploring new places and being outside with my husband B and canine sidekick Luna!
