Your life is always reflecting you.

This is one of my favorite things to say.

I am asked often, ‘E what do you mean by that?’

Let’s revisit the backpack.

Your backpack holds feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and emotions.

All the ‘things’ you’ve accumulated since birth.

Most people are unaware of their backpack.

They’ve replaced ‘I am the painter’ with ‘I am a small part of someone else’s masterpiece.’

When I say, ‘your life is always reflecting you,’ I also mean:

» Your experience of reality is a mirror of the contents of your backpack.

So, where does the ‘evidence’ come into play?

This is the game changer:

You either see ‘evidence’ as ‘proof of your limiting thoughts and beliefs.’

And you handcuff yourself to them.

Tethering yourself to exactly what you do not desire.

Or you see ‘evidence’ as ‘illuminating the contents of your backpack.’

And you honor it, you own it, and you LEAN TF in.

The most life transforming perspective shift.

Pain or power.

You decide.

Today, I am sharing 3 truths about your backpack:

» You shift, your reality follows.

First you have the awareness, and then you SHIFT. When you do, your reality will respond to you, and you will have a new experience. The key? You go first, not the other way around.

» Your brain may put up a fight.

I will never stop saying this. If you are ready for your brain to put up a fight, then it will be easier to fight back. Your brain loves the known and familiar, even if it is the last thing you desire.

» Patience is a power move.

You will not conquer decades of backpack stuff overnight. This is a journey, not a race. Take it one step and one breath at a time. Be firm with your brain and kind to your heart.

Are you ready to step into your power?
